Our friendly and knowledgeable loan officers are dedicated to helping you understand your credit, and it's powerful uses. At membersTrust CU, you'll feel the difference from the moment you enter our office. Our lending department is centralized; we have loan officers who handle our internet loan applications and separate loan officers who administer loans from members who prefer a more face-to-face loan process. All of our applications are processed by a professional loan officer, not an automated system which doesn't take you into account. From start to finish, our loan officers treat members and finances with respect and dignity, the way we want to be treated. We know that not everyone knows about loans or the lending process. We will patiently answer any questions you may have and explain each phase of the lending process in detail.
Your Lending Lifestyle and MTCU
Everyone has a different lifestyle. Everyone. Some are early risers and get work done early; some are night owls who do things late into the night. Then there are soccer moms and dads, who have more things on their to-do pages than there are hours on a clock. We have taken these differences and applied them to our lending department. That's why membersTrust CU has systems that allow you to fill out an application for a loan on our virtual applications page 24 x 7 x 365. You can close your loan on a Saturday if you like or during our regular hours Monday through Friday. Or, you can even close your loan at the dealership or at a Credit Union Service Center anywhere in the United States. We have loan modeling scenarios on our automated call system, to help you make decisions based on loan payment amounts. We also have payment history and loan information summaries on our web banking product. Because each of our members is quite different, we're very flexible, and know what you want and demand in a financial institution: flexible lending.
