Thanks to a partnership between membersTrust Credit Union and our financial counseling partner, Accel, members can seek financial education and advice from certified and degreed counselors. These counselors can discuss such topics as: personal and family budgeting; understanding personal credit reports and how to improve scores; achieving financial goals; personal money management; debt repayment; and avoiding bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession.
This no cost service is available 6 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There is no limit to the amount of times you may call the service.

An easy solution to managing your budget
Saving for the future has never been easier! We're bringing members a financial counseling product, BudgetSmart. It has simple graphics, pop-up boxes and bar charts to help you see where your money goes, and how to manage it effectively. Use BudgetSmart to develop and stick to a budget, track your spending, improve inadequate saving or tips to improve areas of overspending. Get your membersTrust Credit Union auto financing right at the dealership! membersTrust Credit Union participates in the Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) program, allow you access to hundreds of dealerships that can get your Credit Union auto financing approved through the CUDL automated system. Just visit any participating CUDL dealer, identify yourself as a membersTrust Credit Union member, and request your Credit Union financing through the CUDL system. The CUDL system is available 7 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
