membersTrust Credit Union, your member-owned financial institution, is committed to providing you services to meet your financial needs.  We are equally committed to protecting your privacy.  Your financial privacy is a priority of this credit union.  We are required by law to give you a privacy notice to explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal financial information.
 
We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:

·         Information about your transactions with us or others, and
 
·         Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
 
Our Credit Union will only share information when absolutely necessary.  We will only share information to administer the services and products we provide, when we partner with other businesses to offer a broader array of products and services, or when required by law.  We only work with companies that agree to follow strict confidentiality requirements.  We do not permit these companies to sell the member information we provide to other third parties.
 
If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
